Unexpected poolside charm
The pool area was a serene escape, surrounded by vibrant greenery. The really good staff service enhanced our stay, always ready to cater to our needs.
Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was chaotic and the food presented lacked quality. It felt a bit uncoordinated, detracting from the otherwise pleasant ambiance.

Good experience there. Functional hotel with private parking and peaceful location in the cafeteria that was also well priced. Airy, huge room and amazing breakfast, extremely friendly staff. Good beds, very clean pool.

Convenient on-site parking availability.
The check-in process was chaotic and frustrating. The staff seemed disorganized and unbothered by our long wait. Even when we asked for assistance with luggage, there were no carts available. The room we booked was outdated with shabby furniture, which definitely did not match the hotel's advertised standards.

The small balcony was small. The a swimming pool was great and the staff was friendly. Set next to Town Hall.

has a good swimming pool with green space and loungers to rest
The breakfast of regular to bad, high price and although there is enough variety the coffee was not the best and only a machine with what we were in a queue of 10 minutes to be able to do it. When you have the coffee you go to the toast and there is only one toaster, another line of people when you are going to touch the coffee is cold, you return to make another coffee and when your turn comes the toast is cold. The pool towel you have to leave some money in consignment to prevent you from taking it, that's not bad, the stale smell they have is fatal. From 7:30 to 8 in the morning from a speaker on the ceiling of the room begins to sound a piano music that wakes you up, it is impossible to continue to rest. There is no button to turn it off, on a Sunday morning at 8 am you are already awake, sorry? The bathroom is clean but the curtain of the bathtub is black with mold. The room service enters the room without calling and surprises you in your underwear, they ask for forgiveness but the shame is already there!

Lovely hotel and facilities, just travelling through Antequera--- located in a very quiet town, easy to find.
Ordering Room service was very difficult, after 5 phone calls of been passed to different people we phoned reception and asked them to order, they did immediately and informed us no was answering at room service. ???? The presentation of food.was poor, however reasonably priced. No tea and coffee facilities in room..

The room was very well appointed as was the rest of the hotel. Many staff spoke excellent English and were very helpfull. The restaraunt was very good and I would certainly book again if in that area.

The quadruple room felt spacious enough for our family. We appreciated the large swimming pool. Plenty of sunbeds available made it easy to relax. Check-in went smoothly and the staff at the reception were quick and polite. Breakfast offered a good range of options that we enjoyed. The food quality during dinner was inconsistent. One night's buffet lacked variety compared to the delicious breakfast we had the following morning. Cleanliness seemed lacking in certain areas-our room windows were dirty, and we noticed some ants wandering around. The bar service felt unprofessional, contributing to the overall disappointment. There were some concerns with the drainage in the bathroom, where we noticed unpleasant odors. It's frustrating when such issues could easily ruin the experience. While there were positives, it's clear the dining options, cleanliness, and maintenance need attention.

The cafeteria food was good and good value for money
The pool was used daily by several large school groups of young children

I liked the swimming pool and the bar and the room was sort of okay.
The location was in a scrubby bit of land at the top of the town - no sign of a golf course anywhere near!
